KOSYEAST G Dry Yeast

KOSYEAST G is an active dry yeast and is recommended for use in the production of ethanol by fermentation of rice, wheat, maize, corn & other grains.

•     Temperature Tolerance – 32- 40 °C
•      Optimal Temperature   - 32- 35 °C
•      Operating pH                - 3.5 – 4.5
•      Doses                          - 0.4 – 0.5 Kg/MT of dry starch
